Stephen's motivation for founding Kerson Dynamics came from his personal desire to see a product that could make the management of his own mineral assets simpler and more coherent.
Stephen has been closely tied to the oil industry for decades, from managing his families' mineral ownership for 40 years to being involved in multiple exploration and drilling projects in Crocket County. He also worked as a rancher on his families' land for the better part of twenty years and spend many years as Chairman of the board for the First National Bank of Andrews.
Stephen received his bachelor's degree in business from Texas Christian University in 1976.
Vice President of Operations
Kerson Dynamics was founded by mineral rights owners, for mineral rights owners. The company was started by the Parker family for a simple reason: we were frustrated by the lack of resources and technology available to manage our interests in today's digital age. So, we decided to do something about it.
